The Domaine is located at Chemin de Beauvoir, 30300 Beaucaire (https://share.google/S6z4tcxVsirW51Ajj) and is easy to reach by car đ
Itâs about 25 minutes from NĂŽmes Airport and around 30 minutes from Avignon TGV station.
Parking is available on site, so you can comfortably arrive by car.
If you need a taxi you can call Kilyan: (+33) 06.32.11.73.37Â
You can also try Uber.
Yes! There's a large camping area right next to the venue where you're welcome to pitch a tent or park a campervan. You can arrive from Friday evening onwards, no need to rush on the day. Electricity hook-ups are available on site.
If you're planning to camp or arrive on Friday, please drop us a message directly (see contact details below) so we can let the owner know.
Thereâs no strict dress code, but since weâll be celebrating in Provence, weâd love for everyone to embrace the relaxed southern French vibe â¨
One little rule though: please avoid white or cream â the bride has claimed those already đ
And for Sunday brunch: bring your swimsuit if youâre up for a pool dip!
Ladies, a small warning if youâre doubting your shoe choice: parts of the venue are gravel and grass, so stilettos might struggle a little. Block heels, wedges or flats will be your best friends đ
As much as weâre praying for perfect weather, July in France can get very hot â so make sure to dress light and airy. That said, evenings in Provence can cool down, so bringing a jacket or shawl is definitely a good idea â¨
Also, fair warning: there is absolutely no official end time to this party⌠so an extra pair of dancing shoes might just save your life by 3am đ
And finally: Provence comes with sunshine, heat⌠and mosquitoes. Weâll make sure thereâs sunscreen and mosquito spray available for everyone.
Yes! We have one very important request: please learn to whistle for our opening dance đ
Weâll be dancing to Young Folks by Peter Bjorn and John, and weâd absolutely love for the whole crowd to join in on that iconic whistle.
Practice here:Â https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JtjHUT9vw0
Children are welcome! If youâre planning to bring your little ones, please let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is properly arranged. You can simply mention it in your RSVP.
As much as we love animals, we kindly ask that pets stay at home for this occasion đž
Your presence is the only gift we need, so please donât feel obliged to bring anything at all đ
That said, if youâd really like to contribute, weâre heading to Australia for our honeymoon â and weâre hoping to make it back in one piece despite the wildlife đ¨đ
A small contribution to our honeymoon fund would be incredibly appreciated.
You can transfer directly to: BE80 7506 9760 6277
There will be a photographer on site, but weâd also absolutely love to see the day through your eyes â¨
Weâve set up a shared Google Drive folder where you can upload all your photos and videos after the event: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11nJZUe2h8VhBuOmKEU9-T5Ud6Lh-uxA-?usp=sharing
Please feel free to share your favourite moments with us â just a little note: weâd appreciate it if the images arenât used in AI tools or bots. Thank you! đ¸
